Customers with access needs
Customers who are booking on behalf of someone with an access need should book by phone or in person.
If you have an access need and would like to activate the option to book accessible tickets online, you will need to complete our access register.
To do this, please sign into your existing account or create a new one.
When creating a new account, the access register will be part of the sign up process. If signing into an existing account, the access register can be located and updated under the ‘Other preferences’ section which can be found under
My Account.
